Laurie's Jalapeno Bean Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup jalapeno, pickled
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno liquid, pickled
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 375°f
- 2 in food processor, puree first 5 ingredients.
- 3 spoon into small casserole dish; top with cheese.
- 4 cook 20 minutes, or until cheese melts.
- 5 serve hot with tortilla chips.
