Breakfast Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
- 12 eggs
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/4 cups bisquick
Recipe
- 1 layer sausage, mushrooms, green onions, jalapenos, and cheese in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- 2 beat together remaining ingredients and pour over layers.
- 3 bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- 4 may be prepared the night before and baked the next morning.
