Ingredients

- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 -3 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Recipe
- 1 mix everything together in a bowl.
- 2 cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
- 3 mix again before serving.
