- 2 tomatillos
- 2 -4 jalapenos
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 2 drops tabasco sauce
- 3 -4 sprigs cilantro
- 1 lime, juice of
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, on low speed, add ingredients in order.
- 2 pour in cast iron skillet and simmer for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
