Easy Chili Size

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (or combination of your favorites)
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chili (with or without beans)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef with worcestershire and steak seasoning.
  • 2 form meat into 6 patties.
  • 3 heat skillet to medium high, and fry patties until browned on both sides.
  • 4 remove from pan.
  • 5 add both cans of chili to skillet and stir to incorporate all browned bits. if the chili is a little thick, you may thin it with water.
  • 6 add patties back to skillet, and turn to coat with chili.
  • 7 lower heat to medium, and cook until patties are to desired doneness.
  • 8 serve each patty with some chili, a sprinkling of cheddar, and onions (none for my boys!).
  • 9 you could also add diced jalapenos if you desire.
