Easy Chili Size

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (or combination of your favorites)
- 2 (16 ounce) cans chili (with or without beans)
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 mix ground beef with worcestershire and steak seasoning.
- 2 form meat into 6 patties.
- 3 heat skillet to medium high, and fry patties until browned on both sides.
- 4 remove from pan.
- 5 add both cans of chili to skillet and stir to incorporate all browned bits. if the chili is a little thick, you may thin it with water.
- 6 add patties back to skillet, and turn to coat with chili.
- 7 lower heat to medium, and cook until patties are to desired doneness.
- 8 serve each patty with some chili, a sprinkling of cheddar, and onions (none for my boys!).
- 9 you could also add diced jalapenos if you desire.
