Cottage Cheese Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup 1% fat cottage cheese
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 leaf butterhead lettuce
  • tomato (optional)
  • jalapeno (optional)
  • garlic (optional)
  • cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe
