Creole Tomato Guacamole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tomatoes, large ripe homegrown creole
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 1/2 red onion, chopped finely
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds and membrane removed, minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- black pepper, freshly grated, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cut avocados in half. remove seed.
- 2 scoop out avocado from the peel and coarse cut into small pieces.
- 3 add the chopped onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper, and tomatoes.
