Ingredients

- 4 ears corn (2 cups cooked corn kernels)
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 sweet onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together except for cilantro and lime juice.
- 2 then add the cilantro and lime juice.
- 3 refrigerate and serve.
