Ingredients
- 7 ripe plum tomatoes, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 6 -8 green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
- 1 bulb of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dried cilantro
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 add all minced and chopped ingredients together and mix in seasoning well - the night before.
