Hot 'n Spicy Corn Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed, well drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container philadelphia light cream cheese spread
  • 1 large tomato, chopped about 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup shredded kraft 2% low-fat monterey jack and colby cheese
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°. mix all ingredients until well blended.
  • 2 spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  • 3 bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. serve with crackers.
  • 4 makes 2-1/2 cups or 20 servings.
