Jalapeno Roll Up's

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 10 -13 flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces chopped drained black olives (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2-1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • season salt (optional)
  • salsa, to taste
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped very fine (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all items together.
  • 2 spread a thin layer on tortillas.
  • 3 when you spread across the tortillas make sure that you leave two edges with out the spread (each end of the roll).
  • 4 they will be cut off as waste since they will not lay flat.
  • 5 roll up, cover and chill over night or at least for 1.
  • 6 5 hours.
  • 7 after chilled slice about 1/2 inch size.
  • 8 ***if you add to much salsa and it is to spicy, just add in some more sour cream, not cream cheese.
  • 9 ***i also tend to use almost a cup more cheddar cheese.
  • 10 ***i tend not to use the olives or chives but everything else.
  • 11 ***on the season salt 1tsp will do just fine.
