Jalapeno Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen corn, cooked and well-drained
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon canned chopped jalapeno pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 using electric mixer, mix cream cheese and butter very well.
  • 2 gradually mix in milk.
  • 3 mix in flour and jalapenos.
  • 4 stir in corn.
  • 5 pour into a 9x9 (or equivalent) greased casserole dish.
  • 6 bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
