Jalapeno Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen corn, cooked and well-drained
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon canned chopped jalapeno pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 using electric mixer, mix cream cheese and butter very well.
- 2 gradually mix in milk.
- 3 mix in flour and jalapenos.
- 4 stir in corn.
- 5 pour into a 9x9 (or equivalent) greased casserole dish.
- 6 bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
