Jalapeno Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) frozen corn
• 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
• 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 4 eggs, beaten

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350. spray a 13 x 9" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
• 2 combine frozen corn, cream corn, jalapeno peppers, onions, sour cream and eggs in a large bowl.
• 3 season to taste with salt and pepper.
• 4 pour into baking dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
