Jalapeno Pepper Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb sirloin steaks or 1 lb boneless chicken, cut into strips
  • 16 ounces frozen peppers and onions, strips thawed, drained
  • 12 ounces velveeta mexican cheese, cut up

Recipe

  • 1 spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray. add steak; cook on high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from skillet.
  • 2 stir in vegetables; cook 2 minutes. reduce heat to medium-low.
  • 3 add velveeta; stir until melted. stir in steak. serve over hot cooked minute rice or on tortillas.
