- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- bell pepper, sliced
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steaks or 1 1/2 lbs beef brisket

- 1 add all ingredients to slow cooker. cook 6 hours on high. add can beef broth after 4 hours.
