Ingredients
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes and green chilies (rotel)
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 2 jalapenos
- 4 -6 tomatillos
- 3 -4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 large purple onion, peeled and chopped
- salt
Recipe
- 1 put everything in the blender or food processor and blend.
- 2 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 3 this salsa recipe tastes great with lime-flavored corn chips.
