Black And And Red All Over Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (11 ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chili-style diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large suacepan.
  • 2 cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • 3 add more"heat" if desired with jalapenos or hot sauce.
