Green Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 2 green bell peppers, seeded
- 6 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 6 ounces liquid pectin
- 2 -3 drops green food coloring, if desired
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup jelly

Recipe
- 1 combine ground peppers and their juices with sugar and vinegar in 4 qt.
- 2 casserole.
- 3 cover.
- 4 microwave on high 12 minutes, stirring once.
- 5 mixture must boil.
- 6 let stand 5 minutes.
- 7 add pectin and food coloring.
- 8 mix well.
- 9 pour into hot sterilized jars, seal with lids and store in refrigerator.
- 10 pour jelly over cream cheese and serve with crackers.
