- 5 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 -3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch cilantro
- salt
- jalapeno (optional)
- lime juice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cut tops off tomatoes and squeeze seeds into trash.
- 2 combine all in food processor and chop until as fine or chunky as you like.
- 3 *note-if you like salsa chunky, you may want to pre-chop garlic.
