- 1 (16 ounce) bag dried black-eyed peas
- 1 small ham hock
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can del monte zesty jalapeno pepper diced tomato
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
Recipe
- 1 pre-soak black-eyed peas according to the instructions on the bag.
- 2 combine all ingredients and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
