Mango Tango Salsa -

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe mangoes, pitted and cubed
  • 1 fresh lime, squeeze the juice
  • 1 tablespoon red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and miced (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes and toss before serving.
  • 2 serve over chicken, meat and fish dishes to add more flavor.
