Ingredients

- 1/2 cup jalapeno jelly
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 1/2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled & chopped
- 1 1/4 cups chopped red bell peppers
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
Recipe
- 1 whisk jalapeno jelly & lime juice in bowl.
- 2 stir in mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro & jalapeno.
- 3 cover, chill & serve.
- 4 do not make more than 2 hours before serving.
