Hot Corn

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 -6 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 combine all the ingredients (except the cheese) in a mixing bowl.
  • 2 pour into a 8x8 baking pan and cover with cheese.
  • 3 bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
