Ingredients

- 3 (11 ounce) cans shoe peg corn
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- diced jalapeno (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 soften cream cheese and butter, by putting in microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- 2 mix together with mixer until smooth.
- 3 stir in corn (2) cans drained (1) can undrained.
- 4 stir in diced jalapenos- to taste.
- 5 bake at 350 for 30 minute.
