Hot Corn

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 3 (11 ounce) cans shoe peg corn
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • diced jalapeno (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 soften cream cheese and butter, by putting in microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  • 2 mix together with mixer until smooth.
  • 3 stir in corn (2) cans drained (1) can undrained.
  • 4 stir in diced jalapenos- to taste.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 30 minute.
