Ingredients
- 7 whole tomatillos
- 6 medium jalapenos
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 cup water
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 stalks cilantro
- 1 medium onion, quartered
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan add tomatillos,jalapenos( tops cut off),1 onion and water.
- 2 bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. cool.
- 3 puree. using pulse setting on food processor add garlic, cilantro and onion.
- 4 pulse till blended yet leaving some pieces, for crunch.
