Ingredients
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, fire roasted
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 jalapenos, one with seeds and one without seeds
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse/blend until combined.
