Cilantro Rice With All Raw Veggies

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2/3 cup cilantro, loosely packed
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeno (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 cook rice as usual, with 1 teaspoons salt per cup of rice. i always use long grain rice. however, you could use minute rice too.
- 2 puree everything except the rice in a blender, add to the cooked rice, stir well.
