Ingredients

- 3 ripe mangoes
- 2 jalapeno peppers (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 lemons, juice of or 1 lime, juice of
- 1 -2 roma tomato, chopped
- sugar, to taste
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well.
- 2 let sit at room temp 1 hour for flavors to meld.
- 3 serve with any meat dish, or as a beautiful side dish.
