Ingredients
- 2 cups mangoes, peeled, diced (about 2 mangoes)
- 1/3 cup red onion, raw, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (leave out ribs & seeds for less heat)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 that's it!
