Mango Salsa

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mangoes, peeled, diced (about 2 mangoes)
  • 1/3 cup red onion, raw, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (leave out ribs & seeds for less heat)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3 that's it!
