- 1 whole green pepper
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 bunch green onion, and tops
- 1 whole jalapeno
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (3 ounce) jar diced pimentos
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Recipe
- 1 let the black eyed peas cool for 15 minutes.
- 2 chop all the vegetables.
- 3 mix all of the ingredients together and serve.
