Carissa's Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
  • 1 cup hellmans reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 4 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 jalapeno (optional)
  • 1 large apple (optional)
  • 2 stalks celery (optional)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 large onion (optional)
  • 1 ounce cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
  • 1 cup red grapes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 rip chicken into bite size pieces.
  • 2 mix mayo, chutney, curry powder, and any or all of the optional ingredients.
  • 3 combine with chicken and enjoy!
