Carissa's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
- 1 cup hellmans reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mango chutney
- 4 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 jalapeno (optional)
- 1 large apple (optional)
- 2 stalks celery (optional)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds (optional)
- 1 large onion (optional)
- 1 ounce cilantro (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (optional)
- 1 cup red grapes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 rip chicken into bite size pieces.
- 2 mix mayo, chutney, curry powder, and any or all of the optional ingredients.
- 3 combine with chicken and enjoy!
