Drunk Beans" Frijoles Borrachos"

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 la preferida pinto beans (don't drain juice)
- 8 hot dogs (cut in circles)
- 2 whole tomatoes (diced)
- cilantro (half bunch, cut leaf part only)
- onion (half, diced)
- 6 jalapenos (cut, seeded and diced)
- bacon (optional, cut in to 1/2-inch or 1' strips)
- 1 beer, i made both recipes with and without beer and both came out great (optional also)
Recipe
- 1 first cut and dice everything.
- 2 cut bacon and cook in a pan on medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
- 3 fry hotdogs in oil on low heat
- 4 throw tomatoes in hot dogs and simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- 5 in a large pot empty cans of beans and put on medium-high heat.
- 6 add the onion, cilantro, jalapenos, hotdogs, bacon, add your beer or not.
- 7 let cook for about 20 minutes stirring the pot every couple of minutes.
- 8 serve in bowls.
- 9 enjoy!
