- 2 ripe hass avocadoes
- 3 scallions, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, minced but not seeded
- 1 tomato, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 limes, juice of
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
Recipe
- 1 scoop avocado pulp into a medium bowl.
- 2 add the other ingredients and mash with a fork until combined but still chunky.
- 3 pour into a serving dish and serve with tostidos on the side.
