Ingredients
- 4 kiwi fruits, peeled & diced small
- 1 medium orange, peeled & diced small
- 1 cup jicama, peeled & diced small
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced small
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2-1 small jalapeno pepper, seeds & veins removed, minced (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- 2 chill briefly before serving.
