My Salsa

Ingredients

- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sweet yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
Recipe
- 1 open the tomatoes and drain them.
- 2 put all other ingredients into food processor and pulse until a coarse chop is achieved.
- 3 add tomatoes and pulse until the desired texture is reached.
- 4 put into a sealable container and chill in the refrigerator for several hours.
