My Hubby's Buttery Toasted Tuna Fiesta Melt!!!

Ingredients

• Servings: 1
• 1 (6 ounce) can starkist tuna (or your fav. brand)
• 2 tablespoons salad dressing
• 1 egg, boiled (optional)
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1 jalapeno pepper (diced)
• 4 slices monterey jack pepper cheese (or your fav. brand)
• 8 slices soft bread (your fav. brand)

Recipe

• 1 mix tuna, egg, onion, jalepeno peppers and salad dressing together.
• 2 place slice of cheese on bread with desired amount of tuna mixture.
• 3 in a skillet with desired amount of butter, toast bread until good and golden brown.
• 4 eat and enjoy.
