Junior League - Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 drained 16 ounce cans shoe peg corn ()
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 1/2 finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 3 -4 tablespoons finely chopped canned jalapeno chiles
  • 4 -5 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 -2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • generous amount of reduced-sodium lemon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. chill, covered, for 1 hour or longer. serve with tortilla chips. you may also serve as a salad on a bed of lettuce.
