- 1 (32 ounce) can v8 vegetable juice
- 1 can beer
- 3 -6 jalapeno peppers
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
Recipe
- 1 place all the ingredients, except shrimp, in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 add shrimp and remove from heat.
- 3 let stand about 20 minutes.
- 4 drain and chill shrimp.
