Crock Pot Chicken Chili

Ingredients

- 2 onions
- 1 1/4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can hominy (drained) or 1 (15 ounce) can corn (drained)
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn (drained)
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 chop up 1 onion & place on the bottom of a 4 quart slow cooker.
- 2 place chicken on top of onions.
- 3 top with beans & corn.
- 4 in a medium bowl combine taco seasoning, rotel, soup & chicken broth. pour over chicken.
- 5 chop up 2nd onion & place on top.
- 6 cover & cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- 7 before serving stir gently to break up chicken.
- 8 optional: top with sour cream, chips, cheese or jalapeno's.
