Brooke's Awesome And Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup butter (1/4 cup)
• 1 cup grits
• 1/2 cup cornmeal mix
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 cups silver queen creamed corn (1 frozen tube)
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cubed monterey jack pepper cheese
• 1 cup shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno peppers (or to taste)
• salt and pepper
• 4 cups milk (or enough to make it resemble a thick batter)

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. pour into a pyrex (13x9) and cook in a 350 degree oven for about an hour, or until set.
