- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently. refrigerate and allow flavors to mingle for 30 minutes.
- 2 taste, adjust salt, and serve.
