Jonetta's Favorite Jalapeno Spinach

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 (10 ounce) frozed chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) package jalapeno cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • buttered bread crumb

Recipe

  • 1 add spinach, butter and chopped onion into medium saucepan and cook until tender.
  • 2 drain liquid from spinach and save 1/2 cup of the liquid
  • 3 transfer spinach into bowl.
  • 4 in saucepan, add evaporated milk and the liquid from spinach and cook until slightly thickened.
  • 5 add jalapeno cheese, worchestersire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
  • 6 stir in spinach and pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • 7 top with buttered bread crumbs.
  • 8 bake ata 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
