Healthy Sauteed Zucchini Squash, Radishes, And Jalapenos

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 summer squash, yellow
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 6 radishes
  • 1 large jalapeno
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 slice all of the veggies on a mandolin slicer.
  • 2 mix all veggies in a bowl with salt and oil.
  • 3 this can be made on the stove in a frying pan or on the grill in a perforated grilling bowl. i prefer the grilling method. i cook them until they are just barely soft so they aren't mushy. you can adjust amount of veggies and change which veggies you use.
