Garlic Salsa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 medium fresh tomatoes, ripe and firm
  • 1 medium spanish onion
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 fresh lime
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 fresh avocado
  • 10 slices jalapenos, from a jar of jalapenos (minced)
  • avocado (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 dice up tomatoes, pull seeds out first and core.
  • 2 cut up onion dice into small pieces 1/8 inch.
  • 3 minch up garlic, real small.
  • 4 cut up jalepenos into tiny little pieces.
  • 5 cut up 3/4 bunch of cilantro. about 1/2 cup - cut up fine.
  • 6 cut lime in half, squeeze out all juice from both half, tum inside out and squeeze lime pieces into the salsa. make sure you pick the seeds out.
  • 7 cut up 1 to two avocados - larger pieces, about 1/4 inch or larger.
