Garlic Salsa

Ingredients

- 6 medium fresh tomatoes, ripe and firm
- 1 medium spanish onion
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 fresh avocado
- 10 slices jalapenos, from a jar of jalapenos (minced)

Recipe
- 1 dice up tomatoes, pull seeds out first and core.
- 2 cut up onion dice into small pieces 1/8 inch.
- 3 minch up garlic, real small.
- 4 cut up jalepenos into tiny little pieces.
- 5 cut up 3/4 bunch of cilantro. about 1/2 cup - cut up fine.
- 6 cut lime in half, squeeze out all juice from both half, tum inside out and squeeze lime pieces into the salsa. make sure you pick the seeds out.
- 7 cut up 1 to two avocados - larger pieces, about 1/4 inch or larger.
