- 2 -11 ounces canned corn niblets
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (1 lb) bag cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 fresh jalapeno peppers (chopped)
- 1 (16 ounce) bag fritos corn chips (crushed)
Recipe
- 1 in med. bowl mix corn, cheese, peppers, and mayo.
- 2 cover and chill.
- 3 add chips and extra mayo if needed and serve.
- 4 needs to be moist not dry.
