Chinese Citrus Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup dry wine
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped and seeded

Recipe

  • 1 remove the surface layer of fat from the thighs. rinse and towel dry.
  • 2 in a large non-stick skillet, combine all remaining ingredients.
