Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients

- 6 garlic cloves, peeled, and chopped coarse
- 1 -2 red jalapeno chile, stemmed, seeded, chopped coarsely
- 1 dried chipotle chile, in adobo sauce seeded chopped coarsely
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 1/8 cup cilantro leaf
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine garlic, jalapeño and chipotle in food processor and pulse to mince finely.
- 2 add oregano, cilantro and parsley; pulse to chop finely.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- 4 use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
