Broiled Tomatoes With Feta

Ingredients

- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 heat broiler.
- 2 place drained tomatoes in a cassarole dish.
- 3 put a pat of butter on each tomato.
- 4 mash garlic and feta cheese.
- 5 top each tomato with this paste.
- 6 salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 broil 10-15 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- 8 if you like hot, add grated jalapeno to feta and garlic paste.
