Broiled Tomatoes With Feta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 heat broiler.
  • 2 place drained tomatoes in a cassarole dish.
  • 3 put a pat of butter on each tomato.
  • 4 mash garlic and feta cheese.
