Cheesy Jalapeno Corn Casserole (slow Cooker)

Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 15 ounces frozen corn
- 14 3/4 ounces creamed corn
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 spray interior of slow cooker with cooking spray.
- 2 mix together cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
- 3 combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper, then add to cream cheese mixture.
- 4 add in the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- 5 cook in slow cooker 3-4 hours on high.
