Ingredients
- 2 lbs jalapeno peppers
- 3 cups distilled vinegar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 ***caution - you must wear food-safe gloves when preparing this***.
- 2 wearing gloves, seed and chop the chile peppers.
- 3 simmer vinegar, salt and peppers in a large saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes. ***be careful not to breathe the fumes***.
