Hot Pepper Sauce

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs jalapeno peppers
  • 3 cups distilled vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 ***caution - you must wear food-safe gloves when preparing this***.
  • 2 wearing gloves, seed and chop the chile peppers.
  • 3 simmer vinegar, salt and peppers in a large saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes. ***be careful not to breathe the fumes***.
  • 4 let cool and then process in a blender until smooth.
